This course provides an introduction to the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and their importance in the workplace. Students will explore the business case for DEI, including the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace, as well as the costs of exclusion and bias. The course will cover various dimensions of diversity, such as gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disability, and their impact on workplace culture. Students will also learn about the role of unconscious bias in shaping workplace interactions and decision-making.
