Course description

This course would provide an introduction to the concept of sustainable employment and the policy frameworks that govern it. Students would learn about the various economic, social, and environmental factors that influence sustainable employment policy, including labor market trends, demographics, education and training, and climate change. The course would also cover the different types of policy instruments used to promote sustainable employment, including tax incentives, subsidies, training programs, and regulations.
