Course description

This course would focus on the labor market dynamics that affect sustainable employment. Students would learn about the different types of jobs and skills that are in demand in various sectors of the economy, and the strategies that can be used to address skills mismatches and promote workforce development. The course would also cover the role of unions and other labor organizations in promoting sustainable employment, and the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in creating sustainable and inclusive workplaces.
