Course description

This course will examine the policy and economic frameworks that influence the development and deployment of geothermal energy. Topics will include policy instruments and incentives, market structures and regulation, financing and investment, and international cooperation. Students will gain an understanding of the policy and economic factors that shape the growth of geothermal energy, and the challenges and opportunities associated with the transition to a low-carbon energy system
