Course description

This course explores sustainable soil management practices that promote soil health and fertility while minimizing environmental impacts. Topics covered include precision agriculture, conservation tillage, crop rotation, cover cropping, intercropping, and agroforestry. Students will also learn about the role of policy and regulation in promoting sustainable soil management practices and the importance of stakeholder engagement and community involvement in sustainable agriculture.
