Course description

This course will explore the different stages of wind energy project development, from site selection to financing and construction. Students would learn about the different stakeholders involved in wind energy project development, including landowners, developers, utilities, and investors. The course will cover the technical and regulatory requirements for wind energy project development, as well as the different financing structures and instruments that are used to finance wind energy projects. Students will also learn about the risks and opportunities associated with wind energy project development and the role of policy and regulation in supporting wind energy deployment.
