This course would provide an overview of the policies and regulations that govern sustainable agriculture in Canada. It would cover the history and evolution of sustainable agriculture policy in Canada, as well as the various federal and provincial regulations that impact sustainable agriculture practices. Students would also learn about key stakeholders and their roles in shaping sustainable agriculture policy in Canada.
